​In our Store we have some products that we currently have in stock. We always stock Fire Bricks, Fire Blocks, Hardwood and Softwood pellets to keep you cozy and warm during the winter.

Downpayment Policy

Ridge Cedar requires 25% down on any orders before going into our Production.  This will be anything that goes into our Production time Frame.

Any smaller orders that need to be gathered from our yard requires full payment.  This is any smaller orders that we have in stock and can be gathered in a timely manner.

Return Policy

Anything that has been custom made or custom stained and has been approved by the customer will not be refunded.  Regular orders must be returned within 30 days from the time the order is picked up, they are subject to a 15% restocking fee

Order, Storage & Delivery Policy

Once an order is ready, customers are notified, and the pickup window begins on the next business day.  Customers have 5 business days to arrange and complete pickup.  Order not collected within that timeframe may be subject to delivery and/or storage fees at Ridge Cedar Ltd's discretion.  After 7 days, a $100 per week storage fee will apply until the order is picked up.  If delivery is arranged, customers must ensure proper site acces, as failed delivery attempts may result in additonial charges.  Once notification has been provided, materials become the customer's responsibility, and Ridge Cedar Ltd.  is not liable for damage caused by extended storage.  Orders left uncollected for 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be returned to inventory and resold, with the 25% deposit remaining non-refundable and any outstanding fees still payable.
